Shipping policy
Delivery/Collection
When you place an order with us, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. We aim to despatch your item(s) within 1 – 2 working days of receiving your order. Once your item(s) are out for delivery, you will receive a further notification to let you know your order is on its way.
We deliver items Worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you confirm your country for delivery.
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
All orders to UK delivery addresses are shipped using Royal Mail UK 1st Class service. The cost for this service is £3.85-£5.57, depending on the weight of your order.
Europe
Orders to delivery addresses within Europe are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£5.80 - £13.00 depending on weight).
World Zone 2 - see below for list of countries.
Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 2 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£8.35 - £28.55 depending on weight).
World Zone 3 - USA
Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 3 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£9.35 - £30.45 depending on weight).
World Zone 1 - Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, USA or World Zone 2.
Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 1 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£7.15 - £23.30 depending on weight).
Timescales for Delivery from time of despatch
UK – First Class: 1-2 Working Days
EU – International Standard: Aim for 3-5 Working Days
Worldwide - International Standard: Aim for 6-7 Working Days
International Customers - please note that we complete a customs declaration and pay any relevant charges applicable within the UK, but any additional government fees, duties, taxes, customs charges etc applicable in your home country are your responsibility.
Click & Collect
We also offer a free Click & Collect service from our shop at 14 Church Street, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland BT74 7EJ. Collection is available during our normal opening hours which are currently Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm (Closed Sunday). You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
